Mathematical Alice
I plan on doing my paper on the mathematical side of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. I am really interested to get into this topic. I'm really good at math and I can catch patterns rather easily, though I didn't really catch any mathematical patterns in Alice. I am very curious to find out what Carroll has hidden in this book. I plan on purchasing the book Lewis Carroll in Numberland because even if I do not chose to do this topic after all I feel that it will be an interesting book to read non-the-less.

You may have to venture a little into Through the Looking Glass with this idea. It's a pretty quick read, and you wouldn't necessarily have to read the whole thing to give solid commentary on the number games. Let me know how it goes! I've never been brave enough to venture into this territory!
